Who we are
A behind-the-scenes partner for local challenges.
JOYNS LLC (Mito, Ibaraki) is a PR and creative company. The name stands for JOY × JOIN × SUPPORT. From on-site reporting, photography and editing to PR, web production and AI/DX, we work as the team behind the team — so that local players can focus on what they do best. Together with our tech-focused group company RAYSIA LLC (Tsukuba), we cover everything from planning to development and operation.
We also run two hyper-local business news media, Mito Keizai Shimbun and Tsukuba Keizai Shimbun, and work with 9 municipalities and 50+ companies across the prefecture.

Guided rides around Lake Kasumigaura and the Ring-Ring Road, tour design for travel agencies, safety programs, and rental-bike system operation — led by our staff rider, a competitive road racer heading to the 2026 UCI Gran Fondo World Championships in Niseko.
